We are very please to inform you that , we have developed modified version of ON LOAD BREAK SWITCH FUSE panel , which replaces D. P. structure required for any distribution transformer center. So this is suitable for 11 KV indoor / out door sub - station as well as H. T. consumer, big commercial complexes, apartments, hospitals etc.
 
OLBSF panel having many advantages over traditional D. P. structure system are as bellows :-

Operational & Interlocking Details
 
OLBSF panel consist of 400-A OnLoad Break switch, D. O. set, Earth switch . Which fulfils the requirements of D. P. structure.
 
Charging of panel, first charge the spring by rotating operating handle in anti clockwise direction and then rotate handle in clockwise direction.
 
Mechanical interlock is provided with door, Load break switch & earth switch . So that door will not open when LBS is in ON condition. Door will open only when LBS is in trip condition & earth switch is engaged manually. Also door will not open when LBS is in trip condition only.
 
Mechanical interlock is provided in between LBS & earth switch . While engaging the LBS, earth switch will get  disconnected first & then only LBS will engage.
 
Load break switch will engage only when door is in fully closed position . Slight looseness indoor closing will restrict the engage of LBS.
 
For disengaging LBS , just press the ' Trip-Knob ' only.
 
 
 
Frame is made up of heavy steel sheet, manufactured to protect all mechanical parts from damage caused by dust, insects or rain.
 
The simple and compact construction, already tested, exclude any possibility of ageing or deterioration for prolonged inactivity, frequent in this type of equipment.
 
Operating mechanism is of independent type quick break & make, the springs are always in off - position.
 
Load break switch fitted with fully interlocked earthing blades.
 
Supporting insulators are of epoxy resin capable for the electrodynamics stresses for which the switch is guaranteed.
 
The arc is quickly extinguished by the self generated air through three cylinders with pistons, one for every pole, mounted in axis with insulators.
 
The entity of blown air, the severance speed of the contacts, assure a perfect performance of the switch also in the most hard conditions.
 
Interlocking is provided in between LBS & Doors as to restricts the opening of the door when LBS is in engage position.
 
Also Interlocking is provided in between front door & LBS as to restricts engaging of LBS when front door is in open position.

The compact sub station is designed, keeping in mind thepersonnel safety, considering H.T.equipment located in populated areas. It is designed in accordance with IEC-61330 standards. It is pre-fabricatedsecondary sub station containing, distribution transformer, medium voltage switch gear, low voltage switch board, connections and associated equipments in a compact unit. The doors are screwed with double point closing device with flush mounted handles for padloadings and the completeunit is designed for outdoor / indoor type as per customers specific requirement. all components are housed an enclosure, which protects the equipment from environment hazards and unauthorised access. The electrical equipment is cooled by natural ventilation through openings in the sub station.
 
the standard degree of protection for CSS is IP 23 D is in accordance with IEC 60529 Standards. If required CSS can be supplied with doors that comply with IP 54 standards. by including gaskets and excluding door ventilation. openings.
 
The compact type sub stations are usedfor feeding power by acquiring minimum space, can be mounted on Roof Top / Basement of the premises or portable type forconstruction sites, They are easy to install, usually mounted on skid frame or channels with lifting hooks or portable trolleys as per customer demand.
TheCSS is computerised with suitable medium voltage, lowvoltage sections and transformer section with seperate doors for each compartment.
